摘要
开发了一种高性能价格比的晶须———硼酸镁晶须。利用熔盐法 ,以氯化钠为助熔剂 ,可合成出长 2 0~ 50 μm ,直径 1~ 2 μm的硼酸镁晶须。探索了硼酸镁晶须在镁、铝合金以及塑料中应用的可行性。结果表明 :硼酸镁晶须可提高镁、铝合金的弹性模量等性能 ;应用到塑料中 ,可与钛酸钾晶须相媲美。
The magnesium pyroborate whisker with high performance to price ratio was developed.This whisker with length of 20~50μm and diameter of 1~2μm was produced by flux method with NaCl as flux.The feasibility of the application of magnesium pyroborate whisker to aluminum,magnesium alloy composites was explored.The results showed the modulus of these alloy composites wer higher than those of matrix.The plastic composites reinforced by the whisker had a higher performance than ones reinforced by the potassium titanate whisker.\;
