摘要
以正戊醇和从二羧酸中分离出的戊二酸酐为原料,以硅钨杂多酸为催化剂进行酯化反应,合成戊二酸二正戊酯。考察醇酐比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、带水剂对酯化反应的影响,确定合成戊二酸二正戊酯的工艺条件:醇酐摩尔比2.5:1、反应温度140 ℃、反应时间90 min、催化剂用量为体系总量的0.22%、甲苯10 mL,酯化率达96%。
The diamyl glutarate was synthesized by esterification of n- amyl alcohol and glutaric anhydride separated from dicarboxylic acid by catalysis of silicotungstic acid. The effects of molar ratio of alcohol/anhydride, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the amount of the catalyst used were investigated. The conditions of synthesis were determined as follows; molar ratio of alcohol/anhydride 2. 5:1, reaction temperature 140 C, reaction time 90 min, catalyst amount 0. 22% (based on the total mass of reaction system), toluene 10 mL. The esterification rate of the above reaction was up to 96%.
