摘要
采用变压再生脱碳专利技术进行合成氨厂技术改造 ,介绍了工艺流程中各段设备改造的具体措施。改造后装置运行平稳 ,处理气量和操作弹性提高 ,合成氨、尿素产量分别提高 10 .4%和 9% ,再生热耗下降了近 2 7.6 %。
The measures of equipment reform in ammonia plant technical reform by a patent CO 2 removing technology with pressure swing regeneration were introduced. The results showed that the device ran smoothly, treating flow of gas and range of operation were increased, output of ammonia and urea was increased by 10.4% and 9% respectively, heat consumption of regeneration reduced by about 27 6%.
