分析了尿素塔上封头体锻造工艺存在的缺陷 ,认为疏松是造成缺陷的原因。据此 ,采用胎模锻工艺 ,并设计专用凸模和凹模 ,生产了两件上封头体锻件 。

The defects of forging technology of upper head of 1200mm urea synthesis tower were analysized, and it was thought that the inter defect was loosen. So applying model forging technology, designing convex and concave models, two pieces of upper head forging were manufactured and examined qualified. [
