黏蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达及其靶向分子成像价值 被引量:1

摘要 胰腺癌恶性程度高、预后差,在疾病早期缺乏明显症状和体征,5 年生存率<5%.胰腺癌在其发生发展过程中,可以发生很多基因、蛋白及生物酶等分子标志物的异常,这些标志物包括原位癌基因、抑癌基因、凋亡基因激活和失活以及端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)、尿激酶纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂(uPAR)、miRNAs和黏蛋白(Mucin,MUC)等异常表达等.分子影像学使影像学从大体形态成像向微观形态、生物代谢、基因成像等方面发展,能在分子生物学水平早期监测胰腺癌发生发展过程中的细胞分子水平异常,将极大的提高胰腺癌的诊断和治疗水平,改善患者预后.本文将对黏蛋白在胰腺癌中的表达及其靶向成像价值做如下综述.
