血清同型半胱氨酸高水平的老年高血压病患者尿微量白蛋白的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解老年高血压病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)高水平的老年高血压病患者尿微量白蛋白的变化。方法:对120例老年高血压病患者进行血清Hcy的测定及动态血压的测定,高Hcy组59例,正常Hcy组61例,比较两组尿微量白蛋白的水平。结果:高Hcy组患者尿微量白蛋白显著高于正常Hcy组[(22±4)μg/min vs.(15±4)μg/min,P<0.01]。结论:高Hcy组高血压病患者尿微量白蛋白升高,Hcy加重高血压病患者的肾损害。 AIM: To explore the changes of urinary microalbumin levels in elderly patients with essential hypertension with high homocysteine levels. METHODS: Serum homocysteine and ambulatory blood pressure were measured in 120 elderly patients with hypertension. The patients were divided into two groups: high Hcy group (n =59) and control group (n =61 ), and urinary nficroalbumin was compared between groups. RESULTS: The urinary microalbumin in high Hcy group was higher than in control group [(22±4)μg/min vs. (15±4)μg/min,P〈0.01]. CONCLUSION: High urinary microalbumin in Hey group suggests that Hey increases renal damage in elderly patients with essential hypertension.
