摘要
FoxO3a是Forkhead家族的一个重要成员。随着对FoxO3a在肿瘤进程中异常表达的研究不断深入,发现其可调节血管平滑肌、内皮细胞及心肌细胞在多种病理生理因素作用下的生物学特性改变,在抗氧化应激中也具有重要作用。FoxO3a与心血管疾病及其危险因素相关,现就其在心血管疾病中的作用研究进展作一综述。
Forkhead Fox O （FoxO） 3a, one of the FoxO family members, has been shown to be deregulated in many types of human cancers. Recent studies have shown that in addition to its activity to enhance vascular antioxidant properties, FoxO3a also appears to be necessary in modulating vascular smooth muscle proliferation, endothelial cell development and cardiomyocyte growth in pathological or biological processes. In this article we review the research progress in FoxO3a and cardiovascular disease.
