摘要
采用提拉法生长了不同Sm3+掺杂浓度的Ce,Sm∶YAG单晶。通过XRD、吸收光谱、荧光光谱对Ce,Sm∶YAG单晶的晶相、光学特性进行了表征,利用LED快速光谱仪对所封装的LED光源的色坐标、光效、显色指数等特性进行了分析,结果表明采用提拉法生长的Ce,Sm∶YAG单晶的主晶相为YAG晶相,且随着Sm3+浓度的增加,YAG晶相结构并未发生改变;光谱中红光发光强度增加,白光LED显色指数提高;当实际浓度为0.31wt%,切片厚度为0.2 mm时Ce,Sm∶YAG单晶样品体现了较好的光电性能,其光效为98.837 lm/W、显色指数71.1,可以满足商用白光LED的要求。
Ce,Sm: YAG single crystals doped with different concentrations of Sm^3+ were grown by the Czochralski method. The crystal structure and optical properties were analyzed by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), absorption photoluminescence spectra. The color coordinates, luminous efficiency, color rendering index and other characteristics of the LED light source were analyzed by LED fast spectrometer. luminescence spectra intensity increased, and the CRI of white LED was also increased. When the actual concentration of Ce, Sm: YAG single crystal was 0.31 wt% and the slice thickness was 0.2 mm, the light efficiency of the sample was 98. 837 lm/W and the color rendering index was 71. 1, which meet the requirement of commercial white LED.
