定量MR动态增强成像的机制及其在肿瘤学方面的应用价值 被引量:20

摘要 MR动态增强成像在临床肿瘤学中的应用十分广泛。常规的MR动态增强成像主要侧重形态学方面的观察,了解肿瘤病灶的强化特点,勾勒病灶的边界以及确定病灶内部成分(如囊变、坏死)等;然而这种方法主观性强,观察者间不容易对肿瘤的MR增强特点达成共识。半定量MR动态增强成像主要是通过观察肿瘤病变的时间一信号强度曲线,分析其特点,在肿瘤定性或分级中具有重要价值,特别是在乳腺癌、前列腺癌等旧0肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断中发挥了重要作用;然而由于信号强度会随扫描参数的改变而改变,
