介绍了支架压铸模实用结构,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具一模一腔,三板式,二次分型,点浇口中心进料。因支架铸件形状复杂,孔较多,厚度较薄,推出困难,故采用铰链连接推板-推管二级推出机构。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,可实现全自动操作。
Die casting mould structure of bracket was introduced, and principle and structure characteristics of the mould were described. The 3-plate mould has one cavity-one mould with three plate type and two parting lines, which uses point gate. The bracket pulls difficult due to its complex shape and many holes as well as thin wall, so the structure with ejector plate and ejector sleeve twin-ejection connected by hinges was adopted. The mould enhibits compact with works reliably and operates fully automatically.
