摘要
通过测量挤压铸造过程铸件-模具界面附近温度,利用非线性估算法模型反算求解挤压铸造过程界面传热系数值,研究挤压力对界面传热系数的影响。结果表明,随着挤压力增大,界面传热系数峰值显著增大,获得了界面传热系数峰值与挤压力的关系。利用反算求解的界面传热系数作为边界条件,计算了挤压铸造过程铸件中心温度,使用温度测量结果验证了反算结果的准确性。
Interracial heat transfer coefticient (IHI G) clurmg squeeze casnng was calculated by measuring temperature near casting/mold interface based on non-linear estimation method combining with inverse calculation method, and effects of applied pressure on interracial heat transfer were investigated. The results show that the peak values of IHTC are greatly increased with increasing in applied pressures, and the relationship between the peak values of IHTC and pressures is presented. By using the IHTC results as boundary condition, central temperatures of squeezing castings were calculated. The measured central temperatures of castings were obtained, which validated the accuracy of the IHTC results.
