摘要
根据高速磨削用CBN砂轮的尺寸大小和胎体的性能要求,通过合金化处理和冷却速度的控制使其在消失模铸造工艺条件下获得CBN砂轮用高性能的奥氏体-贝氏体复相组织球墨铸铁胎体。结果表明,针对20mm厚试样,添加适量的Cr、Ni、Mo、Cu元素,控制合适的开箱时间,在奥氏体-贝氏体转变温度范围内把铸件放在硅酸铝纤维棉保温,可以获得奥氏体-贝氏体球墨铸铁,最高硬度(HRC)可达55,最大抗拉强度可达1000MPa左右。
The austenite-bainite ductile iron for high speed grinding CBN wheels matrix was prepared by alloying treatment and controlling cooling velocity according to the demand for its size and properties in the lost foam casting (LFC) process. Experimental results reveal that for the samples with 20 mm in thickness, by adding appropriate amounts of Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu and controlling the open-mold time of the casting, as well as keeping the castings using aluminum silicate fiber cotton in the austenite-bainite transformation temperature range, austenite - bainite ductile iron with the maximum hardness of 55 HRC and maximum tensile strength of 1000 MPa can be obtained.
