摘要
试验采用真空热压方法制备YBCO/Cu复合材料,利用光学显微镜观察了组织形貌,测定了材料的电导率、密度、硬度,研究了不同含量YBCO增强体对复合材料组织及性能的影响。结果表明,YBCO增强体含量较少时,其在基体中均匀分布,含量增大时,发生团聚现象。随着YBCO含量的增加,铜基复合材料的电导率、密度呈下降的趋势,硬度先上升后下降。YBCO含量为3%时组织均匀,硬度达到峰值。
YBCO reinforced Cu matrix composites were prepared by hot-pressed sintering(HPS), and effects of the different YBCO content on the structure and properties of copper-matrix composites, such as electric conductivity, density, hardness, were approached. The results indicate that with a lower YBCO content, YBCO particle is distributed uniformly in the matrix, while with high YBCO content, the agglomerates occurs. With the increase of the YBCO content, the electric conductivity and density are decreased, and the hardness is firstly increased and then decreased. With 3% YBCO content, the maximum hardness value can be observed.
