摘要
介绍了一种自主研发设计的混合动力电驱变速箱的砂型铸造工艺。采用铝模制作砂型,将5个砂型组装定位。选取大平面朝下、底注式的浇注工艺。浇注系统采用开放式结构。对铸件进行X光探射检验,未发现明显的气孔、缩孔,达到铸件技术要求。
Sand mould process was introduced for self-developed electro-driving transmission case with hybrid power. Al mould was man-made, and five sand moulds were assembled. Bottom-gating system with open structure was designed at the large plane. Through X-ray detection, absence of gas holes (shrinkage porosities) can be observed, meeting the quality requirement
