摘要
对近年来病毒诱导的基因沉默(virus-induced gene silencing,VIGS)技术在番茄果实发育、激素调控、植物—病原物互作、防御害虫及非生物胁迫应答相关基因功能研究方面的进展进行了综述。
In this paper, the latest advance in research of tomato functional genes in fruit development, hormone regulation, plant-pathogen interactions, pest defenses and abiotic stress responses were reviewed.
