摘要
1病历摘要
患者男，74岁。因额部、头皮部浸滑性暗红斑2个月余于2013年2月22日入院。2个月前，患者无明显诱因额部出现2cm×1cm暗红色斑块，在当地医院诊断为“老年性血管肉瘤”。当时未予特殊处理。因皮疹持续增多并增大，遂转来我科门诊收治。既往有原发性高血压病史，无其他疾病史。家族中无类似疾病史。
