勒雪病1例

摘要 1病历摘要患儿男，34d。因全身皮疹逐渐增多半个月余于2010年9月9日来我院皮肤科门诊就诊。患儿出生后10余天额部出现皮疹，渐增多蔓延至躯干。无发热、腹泻及黄疸等症状，大小便未见异常。
