摘要
分析了高铁赤泥炉料烧结时的配方选择依据,以中州分公司现场赤泥为原料,探索了A/S在1.65-1.75、F/A在0.2-0.25时的赤泥炉料烧结条件,依据Fe2O3与Na2CO3、CaO、C反应的热力学计算结果,提出了高铁赤泥炉料烧结研究的重点。
The formulation selection principle of burden sintering is analyzed when using sintering red mud with high iron as raw materials. By taking the red mud in Zhongzhou Branch as raw materials,the sintering conditions are investigated when A/S is 1.65 - 1.75 ,and F/A is 0.2 -0.25. Based on the thermodynamics of reactions between Fe2O3 and Na2 CO3 , CaO, C, the research key point of sintering red mud with high iron is proposed.
