摘要 采用连续盐雾腐蚀试验模拟海洋大气环境对3003铝合金进行了加速腐蚀研究,主要考查腐蚀时间对腐蚀性能的影响,分析了腐蚀产物的微观形貌、元素分布及点蚀深度,利用失重法分析了3003铝合金的腐蚀动力学特征。结果表明:腐蚀产物随时间延长不断增多,腐蚀初期以点蚀为主,点蚀逐渐发展成为剥蚀,并产生龟裂;腐蚀失重与时间的关系呈幂函数规律;腐蚀48h后,腐蚀速率趋于平缓;腐蚀72h的失重数据低于万宁地区7A04铝合金暴露10a的腐蚀失重数据,最大腐蚀深度仅为板材厚度的20%。 The accelerated corrosion of 3003 aluminum alloy in simulation of marine atmosphere environment with continuous spray was studied. The effect of corrosion time on corrosion behavior was mainly discussed. The microstructure, the distribution of element, the deepness of spot corrosion and the corro- sion dynamic characteristics of 3003 aluminum alloy were analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion product increased with time, pitting corrosion was main morphology at initial stage, and transformed into denudation, then emerge fissure. The relationship of weight loss and time accorded with power function. Corrosion rate drove to gentle after 48h. The maximal corrosion depth of 3003 aluminum alloy for 72h was only 20% of plate thickness, where the weight loss was below 7A04 aluminum alloy exposure for 10 years in Wanning area.
