摘要
应用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机研究了316LN不锈钢在900~1250℃。应变速率为0.005-0.5S-1的热变形行为。结果表明,材料的初始加工硬化率与剪切模量的比值受变形温度及应变速率的的影响很小,接近常数,Puchi-Cabrera提出的本构方程适用于本试验条件。在高温条件下,316LN存在动态应变时效(即Dynamic Strain Aging,简称DSA),且DSA预处理的适合应变速率为0.005s-1。
The hot deformation behavior of 316LN stainless steel was studied at 900-1250℃, under the strain rate between 0.005-0.5 s-1 by using Gleeble-1500 testing machine. It is shown that the temperature and strain rate have little effects on the value of the initial work hardening rate divided by shear modulus. The constitutive equation proposed by Puchi-Cabrera can be used for the material. Furthermore, it can be seen that under the test condition, there is dynamic strain aging (DSA). The optimized strain rate for the pretreatment of DSA is 0.005 s-1.
