摘要
以TRIP800钢板的疲劳裂纹为研究对象,根据疲劳裂纹扩展基本理论和有限元技术,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对其疲劳过程进行应力场分析。研究了应力循环条件下的疲劳损伤现象,建立了应力循环条件下的应力分析模型,在确定应力集中部位的基础上,分析裂纹源产生的条件,进而模拟计算裂纹尖端应力强度因子。提出了平面问题应力强度因子的一种数值模拟方法,对汽车车身应力强度因子的求解具有重要意义。
Taking TRIP800 steel fatigue crack as research object, according to the basic theory of fatigueen crack propagation and finite element technology, by ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress field of fatigue process were analyzed. The stress cycle was studied under the condition of fatigue damage phenomenon. Under the condition of stress analysis, the stress analysis model was established. By determining the stress concentration parts, analysis of the crack source conditions, the crack tip stress intensity factor was calculated. The plane stress intensity factor was proposed by numerical simulation of automotive body solution, which has significant effects for the calculation of the stress intensity factor.
