人工神经网络在TC4合金表面Si-Y共渗层制备工艺中的应用

摘要 采用包埋共渗工艺在TC4合金表面制备了Si-Y共渗涂层,并采用人工神经网络模型对该共渗层的制备工艺与渗层厚度进行了预测。结果表明:制备工艺对Si-Y共渗层的结构具有显著影响;所建立模型的预测结果与试验结果吻合性较好,偏差处于合理范围。 Si-Y co-deposition coatings were prepared on TC4 alloy surface by pack cementation process and the effects of co-deposition processing parameters on coating thicknesses were predicted using artificial neural network. The results show that the co-deposition processing parameters imposes strong influences on the coating structure. The prediction results of the neural network model are closed to the corresponding test results, and the predicted error lies at rational range.
