固溶处理对喷射沉积超高强铝合金组织与性能影响的研究

Study on Effect of Solution Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of 7055 Al Alloys by Spray Deposition

对挤压态喷射沉积7055铝合金进行固溶处理,研究了固溶处理对挤压态喷射沉积7055铝合金组织与力学性能影响,通过观察固溶处理后微观组织及性能的变化,确定该合金最佳单级固溶处理工艺参数为480℃×3h。

Solution treatment of spray deposition extruded the aluminum alloys 7055 was carried out. Effects of solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties were srudied by observing changes of microstructure and properties after solution treatment. The best solution treatment process parameters were determined. The solution treatment process of 7055 aluminum alloy is heating at 480℃ for 3h.
