摘要
通过宏观、微观观察、金相分析和化学成分检测等对铜阀在使用中出现的多条裂纹件进行分析。结果表明:铜阀开裂属多源沿晶脆性断裂,为应力腐蚀所致。由于铜阀材质为应力腐蚀敏感性较高的黄铜ZHPb59-1,加之受到加工残余拉应力和安装应力的共同作用,在潮湿环境中短期会发生应力腐蚀开裂。
The cracks were analyzed by macro-fractography and micro-fractography, metallographic and chemical analysis. The results show that the crack valve was intergranular and brittle fracture of many crack origins, which can be caused by stress corrosion. The material for the valve is brass ZHPb59-1, which has high sensitive of stress corrosion, and the valve suffers from the stress of machining and installing, so the stress corrosion crackings appear soon in damp environment.
