摘要
对法兰开裂原因进行分析,对断口的宏观形貌进行观察并对法兰成分、法兰及断口的金相、断口形貌、相成分进行分析。结果显示,由于法兰的化学成分不合格以及焊缝热影响区处于应力集中处造成了法兰的开裂。
The causes of cracking flange were studied by the observation of fracture macroscopic appearance, flange composition analysis, flange and fracture of metallographic test, the fracture scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis of fracture. The results show that the chemical composition of the flange unqualified and weld heat affected zone in stress concentration place can cause the flange crack.
