胰腺导管内乳头状黏液腺瘤合并感染及脓肿形成1例

摘要 患者男，54岁。因“脐周部间歇性疼痛伴食欲下降20余年，低热1周”于人院。患者平时无腹胀、腹泻，无恶心、呕吐，皮肤、巩膜无黄染，大小便无异常。自发病来，患者饮食欠佳，体质量下降约20kg。
