摘要
目的:探讨根管初步预备对机用ProTaper镍钛锉使用次数的影响。方法:选择离体磨牙392个。实验组(n=196)以手用不锈钢器械和GG钻初步预备根管后联合机用ProTaper镍钛锉预备根管,对照组(n=196)按照厂家推荐使用方法使用机用ProTaper镍钛锉预备根管,比较2组镍钛锉折断或变形前所预备的磨牙根管数目。同时记录各组操作时间。结果:实验组机用ProTaper镍钛锉折断或变形前预备根管的数目高于对照组(P<0.05)。根管预备时间实验组平均为5.12 min,对照组平均为4.22 min(P>0.05)。结论:根管初步预备可提升机用ProTaper镍钛锉的使用次数。
AIM: To study the effect of manual preflaring on the durability of ProTaper Nickel titanium mechanical files during root canal preparation. METHODS: In the experiment group( n = 196), root canals were manually preflared by stainless steel and GG bore, then prepared with new ProTaper Nickel titanium mechanical files. In the control group(n = 196), the root canals were prepared completely with new ProTaper Nickel titanium mechanical files. The number of canals prepared by each file before the file was broken or deformed was recorded. ~SULTS: The number of canals prepared by ProTaper Nickel titanium mechanical flies before they were broken or deformed during root canal preparation in control group was significantly less than the that in experiment group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average preparation time of experimental and control group was 5.12 min and 4.22 min respectively( P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: Manual preflaring can increase the durability of ProTaper Nickel titanium mechanical files during root canal preparation.
