摘要
以粗颗粒AI2O3粉为试样,采用高能球磨法制备了纳米AI2O3粉。实验过程中,按正交表L9(3^4)安排了正交实验,通过正交实验方差分析确定了制备纳米AI2O3粉的最佳球磨时间、球磨介质和球料比,并分析了各因素对球磨过程的影响程度。
The nano-Al2O3 powders were prepared from the coarse Al2O3 powders by high energy ball milling method.The orthogonal experiment was made by the orthogonal table L9(34).The optimum milling time, milling medium and ratio of balls to materials for preparing nano-meter Al2O3 powders were determined by the variance analysis of orthogonal experiment,and the influence of factors on the milling process was also analyzed.
