喷气燃料临氢脱硫醇RHSS技术的开发 被引量:21

摘要 石油化工科学研究院利用镍 钨体系加氢催化剂开发了直馏喷气燃料临氢脱硫醇的RHSS技术。在 5 0mL和 10 0mL固定床加氢装置上的试验结果表明 ,RHSS技术不仅能加工高硫中东直馏喷气燃料馏分 ,而且对国内很多直馏喷气燃料馏分有好的适应性 ;在缓和工艺条件下可将硫醇硫降低至小于 10 μg/g ,油品的酸值和颜色也得到改善 ;3 30 0h的催化剂寿命试验和再生试验结果表明 ,RHSS技术的催化剂稳定性和再生性能好 ,可望满足工业装置的长周期运转。 A novel technology named RHSS using nickel/tungsten series hydrogenation catalyst has been developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing. Experiments were conducted on both of 50mL and 100mL fixed bed hydrogenation units. The pilot plant tests indicated that the said technology was adaptable for different feeds, such as Middle East straight run jet fuel fraction with high sulfur content and various domestic straight run jet fuel fractions. At mild operating conditions, the mercaptan content in the product can be reduced to less than 10 μg/g, and the acid number and color of the product were also improved. A 3 000 h -1 life test and regeneration test of the catalyst showed that the catalyst possessed both of good stability and good regeneration performance. RHSS technology is expected to meet the demand of long term running for commercial units.
