摘要
采用拟薄水铝石粉进行挤条成型制得了三叶草载体 ,用过渡金属浸渍制备出了DZ 1裂解汽油二段加氢催化剂。在 10 0mL小型加氢装置上 ,在氢分压 4.2MPa ,体积空速 3 .0h-1,氢油体积比 2 0 0~ 30 0∶1,反应温度 2 10~ 2 80℃的条件下 ,生成油的溴值小于等于 0 .5gBr/ 10 0g油 ,二烯值为 0。同时通过了 15 0 0h的活性稳定性试验。工业生产的催化剂达到了实验室的水平 ,不但可在体积空速 3.0h-1下使用 ,而且也可以在 4.7h-1空高速下使用。
Pseudo bochmite was extruded to shaping three leaves and used as matrix. The catalyst for pyrolysis naphtha secondary hydrogenation was prepared by immersing transition metals on the matrix. Catalyst evaluation was conducted on a 100 ml unit. The bromine number and diolefin number of the hydrogenation products were less than 0.5 gBr/(100 g) and 0 respectively at a hydrogen partial pressure of 4.2 MPa, a volume space velocity of 3.0 h -1 , a hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 200-300∶1 and a reaction temperature range of 210-280 ℃. The catalyst stood up to 1 500 h activity stability test. The commercial made catalyst reached the laboratory level. It can be used at a volume space velocity of 3.0 h -1 as well as high space velocity such as 4.7 h -1 .
