益肾养元颗粒的薄层鉴别方法研究

Identification of Ingredients in Yishenyangyuan Particles with Thin Layer Chromatography

目的:建立益肾养元颗粒的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对益肾养元颗粒中的何首乌、金缨子、补骨脂三味药材进行定性鉴别。结果:在薄层色谱中分别检出何首乌、金缨子和补骨脂的特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论:TLC法检验益肾养元颗粒中何首乌、金缨子、补骨脂简便可行,专属性强,重现性好,可用于益肾养元颗粒的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a thin layer chromatography （TLC） method for ingredients identi- fication in Yishenyangyuan particles and to provide an effective technique for quality control of Yishen- yangyuan particles. Methods： Polygonum multiflorum, Rosa laevigata, and Psoraleae corylifolia in Yishenyangyuan particles were identified by using TLC method. Results： Special spots of Polygonum multiflorum, Rosa laevigata, and Psoraleae corylifolia could be identified well by TLC. Conclusions： TLC is a simple, reliable and specific method with good reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of Yishenyangyuan particles.
