细菌溶解产物胶囊对小儿哮喘及血清IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE的影响

Curative Efficacy of Broncho-vaxom in Pediatric Asthma and Its Effect on Serum IL-4,IFN-γ and IgE

目的:探讨细菌溶解产物胶囊(泛福舒)对小儿哮喘疗效以及对血清中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFNγ)以及免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响。方法:将64例急性发作期支气管哮喘患儿随机分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=33),对照组予支气管扩张剂及吸入糖皮质激素等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用泛福舒治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后肺功能及血清IL-4、IFN-γ以及IgE的变化。结果:治疗3个月后两组患儿第1秒时间肺活量(FEVl)、呼气峰流速(PEF)水平均有显著提高,但观察组上述指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血清IL-4、IFN-γ及IgE水平较治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05),但观察组治疗后IL-4、IgE明显下降,IFN-γ明显提高,较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泛福舒能够改善哮喘患儿的肺功能,降低血清IL-4、IgE水平,升高IFN-γ水平,纠正辅助性T细胞1辅助性T细胞2(Thl/Th2)的偏移,调整患儿的免疫异常。

Objective：To investigate the curative efficacy of Broncho-vaxom in pediatric asthma and its effect on serum IL-4,IFN-γ,IgE.Methods：A total of 64 children with bronchial asthma in acute phase were randomly divided into observation group （n =31） and control group （n =33）,the control group was given conventional treatment including giving bronchodilator and corticosteroids inhalation,the observation group were treated with Broncho-vaxom in addition to conventional treatment,and the pulmonary function and serum IL-4,IFN-γ,IgE level were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After 3 months of treatment,the levels of forced expiratory volume in first second （FEV1） and peak respiratory flow rate （PEF） in two groups were significantly increased,but those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ;There was no significant change in the levels of serum IL-4,IFN-γand IgE in control group before and after treatment （P 〉 0.05）,but the IL-4,IgE levels in the observation group after treatment were decreased,and the IFN-γlevel was significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions：Broncho-vaxom can improve the lung function in children with asthma,and decrease the serum IL-4,IgE levels,elevate the IFN-γlevels,correct Thl/Th2 offset and adjust the immune abnormalities.
