含硼杂环化合物的摩擦学行为及作用机理研究 被引量:10

摘要 合成了一种含硼的杂环化合物——— 2 硫酮苯并噻唑啉 3 甲基二正丁基硼酸酯。采用四球及环块摩擦试验机研究了它在液体石蜡中的摩擦学性能。结果表明 ,石蜡基础油的抗磨性能和承载能力都得到明显提高 ,减摩性能也有所改善。采用X 射线光电子能谱分析了摩擦表面的元素化学状态。结果表明 ,氮和硼元素以吸附的形式存在于摩擦表面 ,而硫则与金属表面反应生成了含硫酸盐和FeS2 的反应膜。吸附膜与反应膜的共同作用提高了基础油的减摩抗磨性能及承载能力。 A novel antiwear additive, heterocyclic derivative containing boron was synthesized. Its tribological performance after added to liquid paraffin was evaluated on a four ball tester and a ring on block machine. The result indicated that the wear resistance and load-carrying capacity of the oil were improved and the friction coefficient was decreased in comparison with the base oil. The nature of the film formed on the rubbed surface was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis. The analysis result indicated that the nitrogen and boron element were adsorbed on the rubbed surface, however, the sulfur element was reacted with the metal surface and formed the reaction film containing sulfate and FeS 2. The synergistic action between the chemical reaction film and adsorption film enhanced the load-carrying capacity, improved the antiwear performance and reduced the friction property of the base stock.
