分析了TiO2 对二甘醇生成的影响。TiO2 在浆料槽或酯化釜两处分别投料 ,切片中二甘醇含量差别很大 ,只要在浆料配制槽中加入TiO2 总量的 2 0 % ,切片中二甘醇的质量分数就可降至 1 1%以下。

Effect of TiO\-2 on the generation of DEG was analysized. DEG content in PET chip varied greatly when adding TiO\-2 separately to paste mixing vessel or esterification reactor. As long as adding 20% of TiO\-2 total output in the paste mixing vessel, DEG content in PET chip will decreased below 1.1 %.
