摘要
讨论了不同温度和时间下聚酯的降解 ,分析了不同色谱柱对二甘醇测定的影响 ,确定出测定聚酯切片中二甘醇的最佳条件。结果表明 ,用水合肼降解聚酯 ,用Chromosorb 10 1做色谱柱 ,用 1,6 己二醇做内标 ,可快速方便地测定出聚酯切片中二甘醇含量 ,该方法的相对标准偏差RSD =2 .2 4% ,回收率为 (10 1.8± 3 1) % ,最小检出质量浓度为 0 .0 64g/L。
The degradation of PET under different temperature and time were discussed and the effect of different chromatogram columns on detecting of diethylene glycol content were investigated.The results of experiment shows that the DEG content in PET chip can be determined quickly and conveniently by the combination of using hydrazine hydrates to degradate PET chip,using chromosorb 101 as chromatogram columns and the 1,6 hexanediol as internal standard. The relative standard deviation is 2.24 %, the recovery ratio is (101.8±3 1) % and the minimum detecting concentration is 0.064 g/L.
