摘要
对在国产纺丝设备与进口卷绕设备嫁接的生产线上生产涤纶细旦FDY的工艺条件进行探讨 ,论述了切片干燥纺丝温度 ,侧吹风冷却等工艺条件对成品质量的影响。
The process condition about production of polyester fine denier FDY on the production line which was grafted by the domestic spinning machine and imported take -up device were discussed. The influence of process condition such as chip drying , spinning temperature, cross flow quench air etc. on products quality were expounded.
