摘要
简要分析了GHH公司FCC烟气膨胀机的结构特点对效率的影响。针对原型机组通流截面偏大的具体情况 ,通过气动热力学计算 ,减小静叶的安装角 ,增大静叶尾缘半径 ,达到提高烟气膨胀机效率的目的。
The author briefly introduces the differences between the design codes for light steel structure and structure design. Since the original machine has the problem of larger section area of gas flowing path, through thermal calculation, reduce the installation angle of small static impeller, increase the radius of tail edge of the static impeller, to raise the efficiency of flue gas expansion machine, and the practical running efficiency of the machine has been recalculated.
