摘要
通过对国内某 12 0万吨 /年催化裂化装置主分馏塔的模拟计算研究 ,优化分馏塔的操作 ,增大二中回流负荷是增产柴油产量的有效途径 ,这种优化操作 ,装置的柴油收率提高了 4个百分点 ,同时汽油质量也得到了提高 ,经济效益非常显著。
Studying the analog calculation of the main distillation tower of a domestic 1.2Million t/a FCC unit shows that optimizing the operation of distillation tower and increasing the amount of the No.2 middle reflux are the effective ways to increase diesel production.The actual industrial production shows that diesel yield was increased by 4%, the quality of gasoline was also improved and the economic profit is remarkable by using this method.
