摘要
目的建立正常成人甲状腺剪切波杨氏模量的参考值范围。方法测量750例健康成人的甲状腺剪切波杨氏模量平均值,以年龄及性别的不同分组,分析年龄、性别对杨氏模量的影响。结果男、女间甲状腺左、右叶杨氏模量分别为(17.12±4.58)kPa、(15.86±4.10)kPa和(20.04±6.28)kPa、(18.42±4.04)kPa,男、女间甲状腺杨氏模量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以年龄分组,青年、中年、老年组间杨氏模量平均值比较差异均无统计学意义。结论通过正常成人甲状腺剪切波杨氏模量值的确立,为实时剪切波弹性成像诊断甲状腺疾病提供参考。
Objective To establish reference value of thyroid Young's modulus value. Methods Seven hundred and fifty volunteers underwent shear ware elastrography detection to obtain the Young's modulus value, the influence of age, gender on Young's modulus was analyzed. Results The reference Young's modulus value of left and right lobe was (17.12±4.58)kPa and ( 15.86±4.10)kPa for male, while (20.04±6.28)kPa and ( 18.42±4.04)kPa for female,there was statistical significance (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference of Young' s modulus value between different age groups. Conclusion Through the establishment of Young' s modulus value, reference can be provided for diagnosis of thyroid disease with shear ware elastrography.
