肺碰撞瘤1例 被引量：4

摘要 碰撞瘤属于临床罕见病，目前研究报道较少，其可发生在口腔、食管-胃交界处、肝脏-胆管、肺、子宫、直肠肛门交界和膀胱等处。有关肺碰撞瘤的研究报道更少见，尚无其发病率的统计，其发生机制尚不明确，临床工作中常常因对该病的认识不足、分类混乱而导致误诊、漏诊。随着近年文献报道的逐渐增加和病理学镜检技术的进步，对其认识有了进一步的提高，
