大型国际赛事运动场馆的医疗保障实践与探讨

目的卫生医疗服务是国际性大型比赛顺利举行的重要组成部分。文中结合承担第2届亚洲青年运动会(简称"亚青会")南京奥林匹克体育中心主场馆的医疗保障工作,探讨建立完善科学、高效的医疗服务体系。方法收集并整理第2届亚青会医疗保障任务期间的所有接诊病例,统计就诊人员类别,并分析就诊疾病种类。结果在南京奥体中心主场馆,患者以场馆工作人员和志愿者所占比例最大,其次为运动员。运动员伤情以肌肉拉伤为主;其他人员伤情以轻度皮肤外伤、呼吸系统与消化系统常见疾病为主。结论南京奥体中心主场馆的医疗保障工作以满足场馆工作人员和运动员初级医疗保障为主。各环节保障工作的积极衔接与有效沟通可为确保赛事的圆满完成奠定基础。

Objective Medical care service is one of the important ingredients in international sports contests. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficiency of medical care service by assuming the medical care of the Second Asian Youth Games in Nanjing Olympic physical center. Methods All patients＇data in Nanjing Olympic physical center were retrospectively analyzed, and diseases were summarized. Results Most of the patients in Nanjing Olympic physical center were the staff members and volunteers, followed yb athletes. The disease of athletes was primarily pulled muscle, the those of others included lightly external injury of skin, the diseases of respiratory and digestive system. Conclusion The medical care service in Nanjing Olympic physical center was pro- grammed carefully, run orderly, and the result was satisfied.
