摘要 目前干细胞治疗已成为心肌梗死后缺血性心脏病治疗的研究热点。现有多种干细胞,如胚胎干细胞、间充质干细胞等应用于心肌缺血损伤后心肌再生的研究,但由于这些细胞心脏归巢少、心血管再生潜能有限等原因而限制了其广泛应用。传统观点认为心脏为终末分化器官,但是,心脏干细胞(cardiac stem cell,CSC)的发现推翻了这一理论。由于这类固有心脏干细胞的组织特异性和心系细胞特异分化的特点,CSC可能成为心血管病细胞治疗的最佳选择。 Stem cell therapy has recently been a research focus in the field of ischemic heart disease following myocardial in- farction. Various stem cell types such as embryonic stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells have been tested for regenerating damaged myocardium after ischemic injury. However, therapeutic efficacy may be limited by by their homing process and regenerative potential. The heart has been considered a post-mitotic organ without regenerative capacity for most of the last century. However, recent discovery of cardiac stem cells has challenged this notion. Cardiac stem cells may represent the best candidates for cardiovascular cell therapy due to their tissue specificity and cardiovascular cell lineage commitment.
