摘要
本文采用化学共沉淀法制备出均匀分散的 (Y ,Ce) ZrO2 微粉 ,通过适当工艺制备出复合稳定的ZrO2 陶瓷。并采用X 射线衍射分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析研究了该样品的机械性能与相组成和微观结构的关系。结果表明 :采用本工艺可制得致密度和机械性能较好的陶瓷制品 ,材料机械性能的提高可归结为微裂纹增韧、相变增韧和晶粒拔出效应的综合。
Uniformly dispersed(Y,Ce) ZrO 2 powder was prepared by chemical coprecipitation,and ZrO 2 ceramic which was stabilized by compund additive was prepared by means of appropriate technique.The phase contents,microstructure of the samples,and their relationship with mechanical properties were investigated by X ray diffraction,SEM,and EDS.The results show that ZrO 2 ceramics which have high density and excellent mechanical properties can be prepared by this technique,and toughening effect of microcracks,phase transformation and the effect of grain evulsions are beneficial for improving mechanical properties of the materials.
