摘要
应用SEM、EDX和XPS分析手段研究了涂油钝化电镀锌钢板表面黑变膜的外观、形貌、组成与结构,并对黑变的形成进行了讨论。结果表明,黑变膜厚度约100mm,它是ZnO1-x为主,并由ZnO、Zn(OH)2、Cr2O3、CrOOH、SiO2及微量CrO3等物质组成,但膜表层Zn是以ZnO形态存在,膜内层则以非化学计量化合物ZnO1-x形态存在。黑变是镀锌层膜下腐蚀与光的干涉作用所致。
The appearance, morphology, composition and structure of black tarnished film on CrO3-SiO2 pas- sivated electrogalvanized steel sheet were investigated by SEM, EDX and XPS. It was shown that the black tarnished film was composed of ZnO1-8, ZnO, Zn(OH)2, Cr2O3, CrOOH, SiO2 and trace CrO3. Zinc existed as ZnO in the surface layer and as non-stoichimetric compound ZnO1-x in the inner layer of the black tarnished film. The formation mechanism of black tarnished film was discussed comprehensively.
