新疆地区不同民族GGCX rs 11676382基因多态性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Gene Polymorphism of GGCX rs11676382 in Different Na-tionalities in Xinjiang

摘要 目的了解γ-谷氨酰羧化酶(γ-glutamine carboxylase,GGCX)基因多态位点rs11676382在新疆维吾尔族、汉族人群中的分布情况及其关联性。方法以维吾尔族、汉族获得华法林稳定剂量的患者各100例作为病例组,以维吾尔族、汉族健康人群各100例作为对照组,所有人群均从外周静脉血中提取基因组DNA,采用聚合酶链反应/限制性片段长度多态性(PCRRFLP)技术检测GGCX基因rs11676382位点基因型及等位基因频率,比较维吾尔族、汉族之间基因多态性的差异。结果①获得了新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族人群的GGCX基因rs11676382位点多态性分布;②病例组和对照组GGCX基因rs11676382位点基因型频率和等位基因频率比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05);维吾尔族病例组和汉族病例组GGCX基因rs11676382位点基因型频率和等位基因频率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论获得了GGCX基因rs11676382位点在新疆地区不同民族的等位基因和基因型的分布。以及该基因位点在维吾尔族、汉族获得华法林稳定剂量患者中的分布存在民族差异。 Objective To understand the distribution and association of gene polymorphism of gamma-glutamyl carboxylase (GGCX) rs11676382 in Uygur and Han population in Xinjiang. Meth-oils DNA was extracted from the peripheral venous blood of 200 patients who had stable warfa-rin dose (100 Uygurs and 100 Hans) and 200 healthy volunteers (100 Uygurs and 100 Hans) . The allelic and genotypic frequency of GGCX gene 11676382 was detected by PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCRRFLP) . Results 1. The allelic and genotypic frequency distribution of GGCX rs11676382 polymorphism was obtained in Uygurs and Hans in Xinjiang. 2. There was signif-icant difference in allelic and genotypic frequency of GGCX rs11676382 polymorphism between case group and control group (P 〈 0. 05) . In the case group, there was also significant difference be-tween Uygurs and Hans (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion The allelic and genotypic frequency distri-bution of GGCX rs11676382 polymorphism in different nationalities in Xinjiang was obtained. There was ethnic difference in GGCX gene 11676382 polymorphic site between Uygur al^d Han patients who had stable warfarin dose.
