上消化道异物内镜治疗576例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 576 cases with foreign bodies in upper gastrointestinal tract treated with endoscopy

目的总结上消化道异物内镜诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我院诊治的576例上消化道异物患者的临床资料。患者主要症状是吞咽困难和疼痛;其中的120例选择全身麻醉,其余均为表面麻醉。结果经内镜成功取出异物527例,推入胃内36例,13例患者胃镜试取失败,转入胸外科手术治疗。内镜治疗成功率97.7%。结论充分的术前评估和规范的诊疗流程是提高上消化道异物取出成功率的关键。

Objective To summarize the experience in treating foreign bodies （FBs） in upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods Data of 576 patients with FBs in upper gastrointestinal tract underwent endoscopy in the years of 2009 to 2013 were retrospectively analysed. The main symptoms complained were difficulty in swallowing and pain. The operation was performed under generail anesthesia in 120 cases and surface anesthesia in 456 cases. Results Of 576 patients, the FBs were successfully taken out in 527 cases, those were pushed into the stomach in 36 cases, and failure in FBs taking in 13 cases, who underwent thoracic surgery afterwards. The total success rate of FBs taking out was 97.7%. Conclusion The normative process of the diagnosis and treatment and complete preoperative evaluation are the keys for removing the most FBs in upper gastrointestinal tract.
