福建地区3种不同牙型上颌中切牙牙冠宽长比例的审美调查分析

Dental Aesthetic Analysis of the Tooth Width-to-length Ratio Preferences in Three Different Shapes of Maxillary Central Incisors of Fujian Population

目的：通过调查分析，了解福建地区不同人群对方圆形、卵圆形和尖圆形3种不同牙型上颌中切牙牙冠宽长比例的喜好程度。方法：采用多张不同宽长比例不同的上颌中切牙照片，分别问卷调查190名口腔科医师及195名患者其理想中的上颌中切牙的宽长比例。结果：医师组的选择集中分布于宽长比例0．70～0．80区域，而患者组的选择则有离散趋势。医师组内、患者组内以及二组之间的结果均存在统计学差异。结论：医患之间在上颌中切牙宽长比例上存在认知的不同。在美学修复中可以根据上颌中切牙的不同牙型选择相应美学参数。

Objective： To evaluate the dentists and patients＇ preference of the width--to--length ratio in three dif- ferent tooth shapes （tapered, ovoid and square） of maxillary central incisors of Fujian population. Methods： 190 dentists and 195 patients were surveyed regarding the ideal width--to--length ratio in maxillary central incisors u- sing questionnaire. Results： The dentists＇ preference of width-- to-- length ratio was 0.70-- 0.80, while the selec- tions in patients group had a tendency of dispersion. Statistical differences were found within dentists group, within patients group and between these two groups. Conclusion： The cognitive difference of the width--to--length ratio in maxillary central incisors existed between dentist and patient. The aesthetic parameters could be selected according to different tooth shapes in dental esthetic rehabilitation.
