新疆乌鲁木齐市口腔卫生人力资源的现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Dental Manpower Distribution in Medical Institutions in Urumqi,Xinjiang

目的:本研究通过调查了解新疆乌鲁木齐市口腔医疗机构基本情况以及口腔卫生人力资源配置现状来探讨当前存在的问题,为进一步研究新疆口腔卫生人力资源提供参考依据。方法:采用调查表调查和卫生信息网络检索的调查方法,对乌鲁木齐市所有口腔医疗服务单位进行普查。再进行数据录入、统计和分析。调查内容包括乌鲁木齐市所有口腔医疗机构数量、设备状况以及口腔卫生人力资源的数量、性别、年龄结构,专业结构,学历层次和职称层次分布等。结果:乌鲁木齐市口腔医疗机构共有334家,其中口腔诊所及其他民营形式存在的口腔医疗机构268家,合计占71%;口腔专业人员1070人,其中口腔医师911人,护士159人,牙科综合治疗椅903台。全市口腔医师人口密度27.19。结论:新疆乌鲁木齐市口腔卫生人力资源主要集中在主要集中在天山区、沙依巴克区以及新市区,结构层次不合理,仍需加强对口腔人力资源的继续教育与培训,合理搭建口腔卫生人才结构,增加口腔科辅助人员,提高口腔医疗人才的教育水平是乌鲁木齐市口腔医学事业发展和实现社会卫生公平的关键。

Objective： To analyze the basic situation of dental medical institutions and dental manpower distribution in Urumqi. In addition, the current existing problems can be explored by using the results in this study, in order to provide references for further study in this area. Methods： The questionnaire surveys and medical information net- work retrieval methods were used to investigate every dental medical institution in Urumqi. Then the data was in- putted, counted, and analyzed. The investigation include the number of all dental medical institutions in Urumqi, e- quipment status, and the number, gender, age distribution, subject distribution, academic degree distribution and professional title distribution of dental manpower. Results： The results indicated that there were 334 dental medical institutions, including private dental clinics and other medical institutions of 268（a percentage of 71%）. There were 911 dentists and 159 nurses. The number of dental chair units was 903. The ratio between dentists and the general population was about 27.19. Conclusion： Dental manpower in medical institutions in Urumqi concentrated in Tians- han district, Saybagh district and New urban district. Although the structure and composition are reasonable, con- tinuing education and training of dental manpower should be strengthened. Rationalization of the dental professional structure, increase of dental assisted manpower and improvement of the education level of dental professionals are the keys to improve dental health level and realize social health justice in Urumqi.
