摘要
目前，临床广泛使用的义齿树脂基托是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（poly methyl methyacrylate，PMMA）及其改性产品，虽然它具有良好的理化、力学等性能，且易于加工成型，广泛适用于修复各类牙列缺失等优点，但近年来随着人们生活水平的不断提高，患者对口腔修复体的美学要求越来越高。因此，义齿树脂基托在口腔环境中的颜色稳定性是非常重要的。而义齿树脂基托材料在不同的条件下会发生颜色的改变。本文就其发生颜色改变的机制以及影响因素做一综述。
