摘要
目的对紫藤根茎叶可能的化学成分进行预实验,初步探索紫藤根茎叶的化学成分。方法通过化学成分预实验、薄层色谱分析等方法,对紫藤的根茎叶三个部位的化学成分进行定性分析。结果紫藤根茎叶中可能含有生物碱、黄酮类、蛋白质、糖及苷类等多种化学成分。结论初步确定紫藤根茎叶中含有多种有效成分,为进一步开发紫藤的药用价值奠定基础。
Objective: To identify the chemical components of wisteria roots, stems and leaves. Methods: Preliminary ex- periment of chemical components and the thin-layer chromatography (TLC) method was used to determine the chemical com- ponents in wisteria roots, stems and leaves. Results : The results showed that the wisteria roots, stems and leaves maight con- tain a variety of chemical elements, such as alkaloids, flavonoids, proteins, sugars, glycosides and so on. Conclusion : Wis- teria roots, stems and leaves were preliminarily determined to contain a variety of effective components, and this research will lay the foundation for further development of wisteria~ medical values.
